Karla, Director of TMNG Global Recruiting & Consulting Placement Services |
Whether a recruiting manager found you or you found TMNG Global, our recruiting team will want to learn about you, your professional interests, your potential to contribute and how we can collaborate together on client engagements.
During the recruiting process, your recruiting manager will want to hear about real-life professional experiences, where you’ve “been there, done that”. They will listen closely for examples of your interpersonal and problem-solving skills, history of leadership and teaming, track record of success, and passion to make a difference in everything you do.
How Do I Apply?
To get started, please submit your resume. Anticipate contact from a recruiting manager within a week. Your recruiting manager will ensure that the information you provided is complete and determine the next steps to take in the recruiting process. Additionally, your recruiting manager may wish to discuss information about your skills, expertise, preferences, interests and strengths as well as request your professional references and samples of your work.
Once you become a part of our community of consultants, expect periodic outreach from the recruiting team as new needs are identified. We encourage you to touch base with your recruiting manager as well so that regular communications are established and professional relationships are built.
The Placement Process @ TMNG
We invest the time to learn about and connect with you so that when it comes time for placement on a project, you know what to expect and are fully prepared.
Project placement involves many stakeholders – business development, recruiting, the client, and you. It takes time to orchestrate a successful placement and set the stage for a positive project experience. When considering you for a project, typically the following will occur:
- Project opportunities are presented
- Interviews are scheduled with business development and/or the client
- Samples of work may be required for consideration
- Background checks may be conducted
- Paperwork is completed and returned
Throughout the process, your recruiting manager is available to answer questions and assist as you navigate your experience with TMNG Global.
